I have been working in Private Aviation for the past 12 years. I have strong culinary skills and before I worked in Private aviation I worked in high end dining as a waitress and bartender, I understand how to shop for and create a balanced menu and how to work with dry ice and store food for longer trips. Additionally I am polished, a self starter and value discretion above anything else. I have experience as a Lead Cabin Attendant and have groomed other FA's to be successful in this industry. I am comfortable working as part of a team or independently. I have also been responsible for managing and reorganizing aircraft hangars and interiors. I am comfortable working on every aircraft and am able to use my strong improvisational skills to make breakfast, lunch and dinner with minimal time and ingredients.
