Aviation has been my passion for as long as I can remember.... It's what I do for work and for fun. I was born and raised in Michigan and left for the Army when I was 17. I spent a few years as a helicopter mechanic, and eventually got selected for flight school. I flew the AH-64 Apache for 11 years before leaving the army to pursue a career in civilian aviation. I flew the CRJ for a regional airline, and when COVID hit, I left the airlines to pursue contract aviation opportunities as a dual rated Airline Transport Pilot. Some of my other experience includes being an airplane owner myself, a High Altitude Mountain Environmental Training Instructor, a graduate of Upset Recovery and Prevention Training with Jet UAT, Alaska Bush Pilot, and pilot for Skydive K-State.
